As with the Corn Boy kachina, I've found no additional information beyond the fact that these two dolls are handcrafted with incredible detail, even though they are less than three inches tall. I acquired them in Santa Fe, New Mexico, many years ago. Approximately 4” tall.

This beautiful work of art was handcrafted and gifted to me by a wonderful Native American woman shortly after my mother, Lois, passed away in 2002. I am offering it because I am afraid I might damage it, and it really needs to go to a good home. It has good medicine in it.

The Montoyas of Santa Cruz, New Mexico, created these retablos for my friend Ian McLagan after the passing of his wife, Kim, and his estate returned them to me after his death.
