Kaye's original NUGGETS comp (later augmented to this 4-disc box set) contained the stuff of a thousand rock and punk acts to come. Future miscreants Ted Nugent, Leslie West, and Warren Zevon cut their fangs in primitive acts like the Amboy Dukes, The Vagrants, and Lyme & Cybell.
